Well no graph today. It appears we had a second SD Card failure of some sort. There is an indication on my display if the logging to the card is occurring and it appeared to be logging all day. However when I plugged the card into the computer, everything locked up and I couldn't read the card. I tried the built-in card reader and an auxiliary reader and had the same results. Not sure what the exact problem might be. I was able to purchase another card in West Yellowstone and we'll see how it goes tomorrow.

Overall the ride today was great. This was the best weather we ever had going over Beartooth Pass. Based on previous experience we expected to be cold and to have to put on our heated vests and even plug them in. The temperature never got below about 57 degrees and we never even put the vests on. The skies were clear and the ride was really pleasant.

We arrived at Yellowstone around noon and got right in - no long lines. Almost immediately we saw very large herds of bison - some even blocking the road for a short time. These are very large animals up close and I'm sure could do damage to our bike if they wanted to. Fortunately there were no problems. We've been to Yellowstone many times and have probably stopped at almost all of the attractions, some numerous times so we didn't make too many stops. We did stop at Tower Falls for lunch with hundreds of other travelers. It was also much hotter in Yellowstone than we had thought it would be.

We finally left Yellowstone around 4:00 PM and checked into our hotel shortly after that.

Tomorrow's final destination will be Twin Falls, Idaho.
