Today was a pretty short day. We arrived in Mandan about 2:00 PM based
on the time we left this morning but 3:00 Mandan time since we changed
time zones in western North Dakota.
About
an hour into the ride I noticed that my logger was not logging. The
first chance we got I swapped out the SD card and the logger started
working again, so maybe a bad card. The GPS track isn't a problem since
I also start the logging function on the Ultra GPS app on my phone as a
backup. However I did lose the first hour or so of the temperature and
altitude graph - I can live with that.
We'll be here for
another three days and then head out again. We haven't chosen an exact
route, that will partially depend on weather reports.
