I feel like I just did this. A little change of plans.  We had originally thought we might try to take a detour through Glacier National Park but we didn't get quite as far as we had hoped last night and, if we did the trip through Glacier, we couldn't find a good place to stop where we thought we could get  room and also find a church to get to mass this afternoon.  So we took I-90 out of Coeur d'Alene to route 12 in Montana and then I-15 to Great Falls.  As it was, we got into Great Falls at 5:00 PM and were able to check in and make it to mass at 5:30.  I-90 was really a nice ride.  It was pretty scenic for the most part and the traffic was very light.  Route 12 and I-15 had even less traffic - so a pretty relaxing day from that standpoint.

It was an interesting day weather wise.  It was comfortable, then it was cold, then it rained, then it was warm, then it rained and was cold, and finally it was comfortable.  We were in and out of dark clouds and lightning much of the day but somehow managed to miss all but about 10 or 15 minutes of hard rain.  We stopped and put on rain gear for that little storm and ended up leaving it on the rest of the day.

Linda said the most interesting thing she saw was a guy with a bumper sticker that said "Hang up and drive" who was talking away on his cell phone.  Not nearly as interesting as the moose.

Tomorrow we head back towards Route 2 and will probably still be in Montana tomorrow night but should get to North Dakota and our first stop sometime Monday.  Hopefully by that time I'll have this computer stuff nailed down.
