We had another nice ride today - pretty uneventful. We did have a 19
mile construction zone outside of Bozeman where the speed was posted as
35 but everyone was going 45 and the traffic was light so it moved
pretty well. We had a pretty strong headwind today which doesn't effect
the ride too much but the gas mileage is terrible. Aerodynamics is not
a strong suit for any trike.
Because
the traffic was light and we didn't have a long way to go, we got in
pretty early and had time for a soak in the hot tub but it was even
hotter than last night so we didn't last very long. I'm not sure why
they keep them that hot unless it's to limit the time people stay in
them. There was an old fashioned diner just down the street from the
hotel tonight so we had a nice dinner there. We don't see too many of
them any more.
Oh,
and on my problem with yesterday's Coeur d'Lane pictures, I cheated and
deleted the apsotrophe in all of the places that it occurred. That also
meant that I had to clear the cache so that Chrome would look at the
new data but I couldn't find a way to clear the cache for just this
site and had to delete it for all sites. I may regret this - we'll see.
Tomorrow we head for the Enchanted Highway and then Mike and Karin's in Mandan.
